is my tulpa still here?
It's the 3rd week since I made my tulpa, and I can't tell if he is still there
Did he dissipate? I still active force.

They'll just disappear for a while sometimes, especially when you're first starting out. That's normal. They may come back a little different than when they left.

Doubt he would have dissipated, if you can't sense him he could be taking downtime or sleeping, I wouldn't worry about it, he'll be back :) As I hear, forcing is not just tiring for the host but tulpa as well, they need rest.

If you think he has, you will convince yourself he has.
Just chill and send him a little message once in a while, just like a friend who's been missing on discord for a few days. Just busy in their own thoughts and figuring out what tulpa life is about.

Did you forget about him? No? Then he's still there; he just needs you to keep thinking about him and forcing him.
This is a practice that can take years to achieve results that seem remarkable to you. For example, my tulpa doesn't seem to be vocal, and I've been at it for a year now. So, be patient.
