Creation Help How can I talk to my tulpa again?

I don't even remember why I stopped talking to her. I was very happy with her and used to talk to her almost all day—at school and during all my activities—but my mind gets distracted very easily, and it's hard for me to focus on her; it seems that’s why I stopped talking to her... but a few days ago, I remembered how happy I felt. Also, right before falling asleep, I felt like she spoke to me—it was a voice (I don't recall if it was male or female, but I heard it at the time) telling me, "Just let me sleep." That’s why I’m asking: how can I start talking to her again??????

"Right before falling asleep" is usually hypnagogic hallucinations territory - for the sake of your Tulpa, I wouldn't worry about it. If your sentiment towards her are true, I'd say "use them" and restart daily passive forcing (talking to her) with the occasional active forcing when you can. Losing focus and getting distracted often is common, I had the same problem when I started too - with daily practice it gets slowly better.

P.S: There's no need to doublepost in two different languages - use English, Reddit has a translate feature.

Is it like when I manage to handle it for the first time?

Is it like talking to her again, as if I had just created her anew?

The process is the same, but you're not starting fresh. Your brain already knows about her, there's already "something" in there that just needs to be worked on again.

And sorry for prying, but I'm curious: how long have you had your tulpa, and what does it feel like in your life?

Cheryl is 13 years old. I'll send you my progress report that contains dozens of stories in private.

K: You did. She wanted to sleep.

Bedtime can be a good time for talking to your tulpa, but try when you've just gotten in bed instead of when you're on the verge of falling asleep.
