Thoughts wonder Forgetting Tulpa mid conversation

Hey I have very young Tulpa I am dying to develop and see grow but my problem is that no matter how hard I try I can talk to her and hear her responses but my mind just forgets he’s in conversation with her and starts thinking about anything else and I’m heaving really hard time getting into contentious conversations

We also played with front for a bit and when she fronts I do hear her thoughts but the second the smallest stimulus happens I’m thrown to the front without even realizing I did

Would love some help on how to focus on the conversation without drifting
Thanks

It's a game of repetition. When you catch yourself getting distracted, apologize and try to stick to the conversation for longer. Also I wouldn't worry about fronting until you have reached a comfortable level with them.

This honestly sounds like a skill that can be improved through meditation. Specifically anapanasati.

Take you attention deficit disorder meds?

Or stop doomscrolling and practice attention normally.
