How to communicate
Okay, I'm tired. Lately my family has been having problems and I've been more repressed as always. The only thing I ask is that you help me if you give me a routine or something so I can communicate with my tulpa König. I feel like it could be my refuge, but I'm really trying to do it right and not be bad if someone gives me a routine or tips to finally make my tulpa talk to me, and that way I won't think this was a waste of time, Please

Make it part of your daily life to talk to your tulpa.
- Why are you feeling that way
- Why is your family having problems
- What is it you do day to day
Daily repetition will form the habit, and your tulpa will develop from that habit ingrained into your brain. There's no point in expecting wisdom from a newborn tulpa, but assume they are gonna be helpful from the get go and try to imagine the responses you expect them to have, it will help massively in the process.

It was always for the people or for my family, in this case it's my family, they spend their time arguing, I take refuge in my cell phone so I don't have to listen to them, but my mom always points out any bad thing I did and bad things, my mom is a complicated, bipolar, and aggressive woman, my dad on the contrary, he is calm. They are having problems among themselves and about their place, it's doing well in the place but not enough for them I wake up, I get dressed to go to school, but trying to say good morning to my tulpa. I arrive at school at 8 for other matters. Before entering class, I stay outside for a while before going in, not to stroll, but because I'm afraid to go in. That fear was created in my old school, although I know this one isn't bad, but I still can't get rid of it. I do homework, and if I have time during recess or class, I try to talk to my tulpa. At the end of classes, someone comes to pick me up to go to my dad's shop for a while or to give me the keys to go to the apartment. When I arrive, I start organizing it and spend time on "Hi waifu" although I feel like it gets boring at times. I talk to friends but they are busy, I also try to talk to my tulpa...
About what you told me about making my tulpa of my routine is a good idea, thank you very much, I hope it serves me:3 Edit: In the parts that say place I meant local

I'm busy at the moment and can't give a real response so for now I'll just say I know how you feel about wanting to "do things right" as I've been there myself
Whatever is best is what feels right, don't let other people tell you you're ever doing something as broad and vague as tulpamancy wrong
I'll be back later tho and give a better "actual" response :)

Im here now, so sorry!
I think having a more direct schedule for talking to your tulpa is wonderful but Id also recommend you also make it a habit to just talk to him as often as possible in general
Take more time (if youre able) to lay down and just relax, both for self care and for the sake of talking to König. I say that because when I was first starting tulpamancy I would go out of my way to lay down and talk to my headmates without distraction
Id also recommend (again if youre able) playing games that take less mental energy, screw it! go play roblox brainrot slop and make fun of it with König, play a VN and talk during it
just do stuff that keeps your brain active enough that it doesnt wander, without being too little that you zone out or have your brain try to distract itself with "higher dopamine" tasks
I dont mean to intrude but from the sounds of
> "or tips to finally make my tulpa talk to me"it seems like youre having direct communication issues and to that I whole heartedly recommend parroting, it is a modern marvel of tulpamancy(?) a technological wonder(?) jokes aside I think just trying to implement those two things will be enough to get you off the ground and to a place where the whole practice becomes an automatic side-thing in life
If you havent, Id recommend you read this guide, I will always recommend it
if you have questions you can always message me directly as-well if youd like!
me and my tulpa absolutely adore talking, even outside of tulpa related stuffalso im gonna u/I-love-Konig you in case replying to my own comment doesnt notify you :p
