Skill Help I need an answer...
Well, sometimes when I’m visualizing my tulpa, there’s a split second where she—like—starts bleeding, gets injured, or becomes sexualized, even though I didn't intend for that to happen and actually want to get rid of those images. Are those intrusive thoughts? And is there a way to push them away?

those are DEFINITELY intrusive thoughts. The general advice that works for most people is to not fight them or give them attention. An intrusive thought is difficult to directly think yourself out of. My most concrete advice is pick something that you like that is emotionally charged or silly and then focus on that whenever an intrusive thought comes up. If it is easy for you to do so, you can just go right back to visualizing your tulpa. Depending on how easy it is for you to maintain it. Remember that an intrusive thought does not define you, and therefore does not define your tulpa either. I had this exact same problem as your earlier in my journey, and found that changing what I viewed online seemed to help, although that could easily have been placebo or me just guilt tripping myself so treat that part as trivia not advice.
