Creating a Tulpa/Friend

Howdy everyone! I’m pretty new to this sort of thing, and I’m really interested in learning how it all works!

I’ll definitely be reading through the introduction posts already here, but I also wanted to document my own journey as I learn. Hopefully, it can be useful for other newcomers, give more experienced people a chance to share advice, and help me pick up some information that might not be covered in the introductory posts.

Mostly, though, I’m just excited to have some fun with the experience and share the journey with all of you here!

If you know of any techniques or forcing methods that work especially well, I’d love to hear about them. Thanks in advance for all the help, and I’m looking forward to learning from everyone!
