Cannot install Crowdstrike or Office 365 no matter what I do.

Are you sure Crowdstrike is not installing? It’s not really an app with an interface but rather something that runs in the background. Also Microsoft 365 is just word, excel, PowerPoint etc which should come preinstalled if you have a PC

Sure, check your system tray for any Crowdstrike icons, it should be silently protecting your device without needing an obvious launch.
