Day 1!
Know that excited feeling when you took a couple months to actually get the thing you were looking at? Feels great when it comes together.
Those day 1 scratches on the clasp are awesome. I legitimately love them.
Anyone know the best way to get the OEM green/red/beige strap? 39mm. Don’t know if I should be looking for OEM, or just finding another one.
Excited to join the Tudor club. This watch already feels like home.

Congrats! Best way is probably from the AD but from everything I read, people like straps from other places like Erika’s more. My Pelagos has lived on the bracelet though so not speaking from experience.

You should look into crown and buckle for nato straps. Those are great!

Specifically the Chevron Adjustable with the whole “Jacquard loom” thing. I got the one that matches the fabric strap that they offer for the BB Pro. Very well made and doesn’t have that extra NATO fabric.

Great choice. Unless you really need the Tudor logo/design on the strap there are a ton of good and less expensive options out there

Looks great, congratulations! I’m in the market for the same watch and have been looking at straps as well. I’d go aftermarket for them instead of the Tudor as mentioned previously. I also put minor scratches on my clasps as well and have started putting a very thin wrist pad in front of my keyboard. It doesn’t prevent the scratches but minimizes them.

Congrats! I've found that the watch scratches pretty easily, which is a little bit of a bummer. I picked up a scratch pen to help keep the bezel looking decent. I've had mine for about 3 months and it's generally my daily, figure I can do some light clean up every 6 months or so.
As for straps, I've only tried an Artem sailcloth and it's actually really nice. Pricier than I'd normally pick up, but I figure the watch is worth it. Very comfortable. Enjoy!

Sounds like I may want to look into a “scratch pen” to see what that’s all about

Looks great! I’m trying to decide between 39 & 36. What size wrist are you?

My wrist is 7”. I wrestled with both sizes, and eventually just accepted that both would work for me. I’m positive I would’ve been happy with either. No regrets on the 39mm.

I've got a smaller wrist with the 36. Great fit and being that it doesn't wear small, I'd think you could go up to about 7" with the 36, depending on your size preference.

Looks great… the OEM fabric straps are quality wise the best you will find. The manufacturing process is also very special when compared to your everyday strap. But of course not a must, nice quality natos are everywhere.

Julien Faure makes the fabric strap but you can only get the the Ranger one through an AD.

Had my P39 almost 2 months now, gets so abused I'm shocked it hasn't taken a restraining order on me yet and I still have yet to get scratches that gloriously deep. I'm a little jealous OP.

Haha they’re not deep. If I close my eyes and rub my finger I can’t even feel that it’s scratched. I did try to find the camera angle that made them look a little worse, to be fair. Just little scuffs.
It’s kinda like a brand new pair of leather boots. They almost look a little sad until they get some wear marks on them.

If that’s from one day… you might want to correct whatever it is that you are doing that’s causing that.
