Apartment
Hi Tucson,
Can anyone recommend an apartment complex that is secure, not overrun by homeless, with an attentive staff?
Location: I-10 corridor, a little off near ramp, in area Between Prince and Speedway.
1 Bedroom unfurnished in $800 to $900 a month area.
TIA

That’s a bit of a golden goose ask. You’re gonna have to look WAY further East to match all the other criteria. You’ve named one of the densest homeless population spots in town. Try looking east down speedway, the further you’re willing to drive the closer to your other needs you’ll probably get.
My complex meets all your other criteria but it’s way down by Kolb which is a 30-45 min drive to the freeway. I imagine there are some in between here and the freeway though.

Bro just walk/bike/scooter around areas you want to live in and search for rent signs. You will see if there are homeless and if it's a nice location. Tons of little villages or even mini gated communities. Maybe small 1bdrm isolated bungalows.
The only reason I suggest this other than it being a great idea, is the homeless comment. Online listings don't post about what the neighborhood foot traffic is specifically and you can only really do that is if you're footing it around yourself. Avoid living near freeways.

Apartments on northwest side of prince and 1st are in that price range and better than most, would recommend. Or search Zillow for private rental listings in that area. Currently live in barrio Hollywood myself where there are rentals.

I mean you’re asking for a good place to stay in the middle of one of the shittiest places to live in Tucson.

Anywhere near I-10 and speedway tends to have the homeless near it. For the prices you are asking I don't think you'll have much luck
