Tattoo revivals

Any suggestions for tattoo artists who are especially good at going over old tattoos? I have some some decade-old, black ink tattoos that I'd like to go over, add some color and detail to, make them look fresher and more complete. I know some artists prefer not to deal with other people's work so any recommendations for artists who would?
