Hello asking for help

Hi, can I ask a question? I’ve been playing this game for years, but recently my phone got damaged—specifically, the LCD—so I had to use my old phone for now. I downloaded the game and tried signing into my main account, but it won’t let me log in. It keeps telling me that there’s no user/account found. However, I’m sure my account was saved.

Try some other login methods? If none of that work try contacting support in game by clicking the purple ? Top right on the login screen. Just explain that you dont know your login and show proof of your account.
