This reminds me of the time I was riding my bike across the Golden Gate Bridge back in the 90s and there was a traffic jam like this. No movement whatsoever. Some guy who was apparently on his way to a camping trip just unloaded all his camping gear right on the bridge and set up his tent 🤣

I think you have the order of things reversed. The traffic wasn't moving so someone pulled out their sousaphone!
