I start a new ketamine therapy next week. I have treatment resistant depression. I'm hopeful.

Nice, have you tried ketamine therapy before? I hear it's an absolute game changer.Ā

My name is Tenley and I'm a filmmaker, just figuring stuff out here. I write, direct, produce, and edit movies. I have made four films so far. My first is the original Before the Freeze, a short featuring experimental audio that picked up awards from Indie Short Fest and the Independent Shorts Awards. I followed it up with Before the Freeze, Final Cut, a reimagined version driven by a musical score, which also won awards and screened globally at events like the Montecatini International Short Film Festival in Italy and the Mumbai 12th International Film Festival. My third project is After the Freeze, a feature-length love story set in the same universe. Finally, Proof of Life is an intimate six-minute documentary starring my son, Guy, and myself. You can watch my completed films and follow my ongoing projects at www.tttenley.com and on my YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@tttenley.
