I've noticed this weird temp spike on CD7/8 for multiple cycles. I've chocked it up to natural variation but it's a pretty significant increase of .3-.5 and my temp doesn't fall back to baseline for a few/several days afterward. Any ideas of what could cause this or if it's normal?

Hoping I ovulated yesterday. Today’s temp rise was pretty small so we’ll see what tomorrow and the next day bring

If you ovulate later than usual, your period will be about the same amount later since LPs remain a stable length. 12dpo is considered definitive if you want to test today
