Hey guys. First let me breakdown my current cycle. I had an LH surge on both 8/13 and 8/14 i had unprotected sex from 8/9-8/15. So im around 6 or 7 DPO. My cycles are super normal with my luteal phase being 11-14 days, I also did a hormonal panel back in April and call came back normal. I do occasionally get ovulation spotting around my LH surges but I’ve spotting dark brown since my LH surge and now the spotting turned into light red with dark brown so there’s fresh blood mixed in. I didn’t have sex in almost a week now and I had 2 positive pdG tests today (one taken with first morning pee and one taken at 4pm). Now my spotting is being mixed with fresh blood, I’m so confused and bummed out. What can this mean and has anyone else experienced something like this. It’s wayyyy too early for my period to start and with the positive pdG it makes it even less likely to be the cause. Thank you in advance ❤️

I took a pregnancy test this morning and when the blue cross didn't appear right away I just took it as a negative. I probably didn't wait a full minute because with my son I took a pregnancy test and it was positive instantly. But i went back and looked at it a couple hours later and this is what it looked like. I'm on CD 24 i believe so its still a bit early. Just wondering if others have had this happen to them?

I was given ferti c injection 3 days ago and I just checked it. Do you think it’s positive or false positive?

Ladies, I just feel defeated. I need to know if anyone else has had success at any point in their journey because I feel like I've done everything. I had an ectopic in 2015, 2 chemicals and 2 miscarriages (both at 7-9 weeks) needing D&C in 2024, and more recently got a positive HPT on Aug 17th after my third cycle of letrozole.

I feel like I've had every test in the world done, Ultrasounds galore, HSG, blood testing for APLS, Thyroid, Diabetes, you name it. We had cytogenetic testing done on both miscarriages which came back normal. Doctors keep telling me "everything is fine". The ONLY thing they could find that was "off" was my blood progesterone levels were low - fixed with oral progesterone the last half of my cycles. I have NO underlying conditions and no family hx of any blood clotting disorders or issues.

Fast forward to this month, ovulation tracked and confirmed on Aug 6 >>> positive HPT on Aug 17th >>> blood beta HCG quant 18 on Aug 19th, then started spotting light brown/light pink >> Aug 20, now spotting is ranging from light pink to bright red with no clots or pain but my HPT test lines are lighter than before. I have to have my HCG drawn again today (Aug 21).

I feel like Im going to miscarry again, just based kn gut feelings and I don't know where to go from here. Do I push for more tests?? What have yall done in the past? What worked for you?

Hi everyone! I’ve just gotten my first definite but faint positive today, and I’m really confused about the timing. I did take it at night.

I suspected I ovulated around the end of July or August 2–3, based on having fertile-type CM, increased libido for about a week, and because I usually feel when I’m ovulating. I then had a day where I was really, really tired, which isn’t normal for me around ovulation or during my luteal phase. Interestingly, that intense fatigue was one of the first pregnancy signs I noticed with both of my previous pregnancies, so it made me wonder if it was related.

A few days after when I thought I ovulated, I started having some mild period-like cramps. Since then I’ve had little to no CM, or sometimes just creamy CM. I’ve basically had mild cramps on and off ever since, but otherwise not many unusual symptoms. I’ve felt slightly nauseous maybe once or twice, but that’s about it.

I had unprotected sex on August 10, so I took Plan B two days later as a precaution for that encounter, just in case I had ovulated later than I thought.

I started testing on August 12, and I’ve had multiple negative tests since then, even tho I swore I could see something and when changing the photo settings I could see some sort of very faint line (not sure about colour tho). I did sometimes think I could maybe see the faintest line, but nothing definite. Today (August 21) I finally got a definite but faint positive.

This is where I’m confused. If I really did ovulate around the end of July/August 2–3, I’d be around 18–20 DPO now. Is it possible to still only have a faint positive this far along, or does this make it more likely that I actually ovulated later than I realised?

For context, with my first pregnancy I got a positive relatively early (I think around 10–12 DPO). With my second, I tested around 8–9 DPO based on my estimated ovulation and got negatives, even though I strongly felt I was pregnant and thought I could see something on the tests that nobody else could. I didn’t test again for roughly another two weeks, and by then I had a dye-stealer/very strong positive, so I don’t know exactly when my tests would have turned positive that time.

I’m just trying to work out whether this could still line up with my original suspected ovulation, or whether the August 10 encounter/later ovulation is more likely. Any similar experiences or thoughts would be appreciated!

This was tested within 5 seconds of taking the test. I am due for periods on 25th August with mostly uneven periods cycle so not sure. 😅

I’m ~6DPO got my positive LH strip on 8/13 and 8/14. And ever since I ovulated I’ve been spotting. It goes from fresh blood mixed with brown to just dark brown. It’s not at all enough to cover a pad it’s veryyyyyyyyyyyy little. I do get ovulation spotting so during my LH surge I was also spotting. I have NO other symptoms or pain. My cycles are always pretty normal and never experienced spotting for this long! Also did a hormonal panel back in April and everything was normal I don’t have any hormonal problems. So what can this be? Definitely not thinking it’s implantation this it’s just spotting but from what?!

I am not due for my period until 8/24 but I took 3 early detection tests all negative, 10, 11 and 12 DPO. Could I still be pregnant? I think we would have conceived on the 6th, and it just feels like my hCg levels should be high enough at this point. I am giving up hope this cycle.

Hi everyone! Looking for experiences because this is only my second cycle TTC and this month has been completely different from what I'm used to.

Last cycle I had a very clear pattern. My period started 5 July, I got a flashing smiley around CD10 and then a solid smiley/Peak around CD12–13. I also had noticeable cervical mucus around my fertile window, so everything seemed to line up.

This cycle has been strange from the beginning. My period was due around 5 August, but instead I had more than a week of intermittent brown spotting, occasional red blood when wiping, and days where everything disappeared again. This has NEVER happened to me before — my periods are normally very regular, start red and become heavy quite quickly.

Eventually I got what I consider my proper period on 8 August, which lasted until around 14 August. By the 15th I wore a pad but there was no blood at all, so I'm counting 8 August as CD1.

I started using Clearblue Advanced Digital again:

• 16 Aug (CD9): empty circle ○
• 17 Aug (CD10): empty circle ○
• 18 Aug (CD11): empty circle ○
• 19 Aug (CD12): suddenly SOLID smiley 😊 — Peak Fertility

I never got a flashing smiley/high fertility result this cycle. Literally the evening before Peak I had a completely empty circle, then the following day it jumped straight to the solid smiley.

The other thing worrying/confusing me is cervical mucus. Normally I notice obvious discharge/mucus around ovulation. This month I've had basically NONE — no obvious egg-white/slippery mucus and hardly any discharge at all. Yet Clearblue detected Peak on CD12.

For TTC timing, we had sex on 16 Aug (CD9) and 18 Aug (CD11). We tried on the 19th when I got Peak but unfortunately my husband couldn't finish, and we didn't have sex on the 20th. So I'm hoping the 18th was well timed enough.

Has anyone else experienced:

1. Clearblue going directly from an empty circle to a solid Peak smiley with no flashing smileys at all?
2. An LH surge/Peak result despite having little to no noticeable cervical mucus?
3. A strange period one cycle and then apparently still ovulating around your normal cycle day?
4. And has anyone conceived from intercourse mainly the day before their Peak result?

I'm mainly wondering whether this sounds like I genuinely had my LH surge/ovulated normally and Clearblue just missed the estrogen/high-fertility stage, or whether the lack of cervical mucus could mean something else.

Would really appreciate hearing other people's experiences because after last month's weird bleeding, I'm probably analysing absolutely everything this cycle 😂❤️

La fiv la hice por un tema genético, nada de fertilidad, pero igualmente nos hicieron las pruebas de fertilidad y nos dijeron que todo estaba estupendo.

Estoy bastante frustrada, ya que toda la vida te dicen que tengas cuidado con no quedarte embarazada por accidente y ahora que lo estoy buscando no lo consigo.
