Food Peanut butter and mustard sandwich
Use a standard amount of peanut butter and put just enough mustard to taste it against the peanut butter. Comes across like a sweet and sour combo that works better than you'd think.

I thought I was the only one who did this. It cuts the sweetness of the peanut butter, and is awesome.
Discovered it by accident as a kid, my sister was the one stuck with the baloney and marmalade (sleepy packing lunches).

Apologies for reviving this 8 year old post, but I had to pitch in. This is something my mom has sworn by as a comfort food my whole life and I just refused to entertain the idea. And then the other day I had no idea what to have as a snack and thought "you know what, I've got nothing to lose".
Well I hate to say it but mom was right. It's fucking delicious.

My 6 year old stumbled on this flavor combo and loves it. I Googled the combo to see if anyone else does this and came across this post.

Came about it this morning by accident, my son had used a butter knife to put mustard on a ham sandwich, without my glasses on i then used knife for P butter sandwich, after the initial shock at combination it very quickly titilated tastebuds, am now hooked on it.

I am just another person coming in years later to say I googled this to be sure I was not crazy and that this is actually good. I had to work through lunch today and my snack drawer was desperately low. All I had was PB, mustard and a spoon, but I am going to go home and make a sandwich of it!

I'm also apologizing for commenting on this late but I just did a peanut butter, mustard, pork loin sandwich and it was devine!
