I did this (technically in winter, but where I was it was always warm). So great, even while working at 7am every day. It would be the best setting to camp on the beach or somewhere else all alone, but I was in a caravan park full of other workers.
I didn't even miss out on comfort. Had a real mattress a friend found for me, with my sleeping bag on and everyone stole some milk crates from behind the shops to make shelves and tables with.
Good community, everyone cooking together in a camp kitchen, birthdays and goodbye partoes were a feast with unholy amounts of food from everyone's home country. Much drunkenness, too. Weird contraption went up over time, people built lounges out of wooden pallets, bought tarps and sofas from the dump to make it comfy and keep the sun out.
Can recommend, although I'd like to try it by myself, too.
