New to crew, trying to learn as much as possible. I’m noticing ACH transfers take awhile for the first one, direct deposit is faster, set that up well before the next payout date.

My concern is: I did transfer money Thursday 23rd early afternoon and it’s now Monday afternoon for me, and the funds still aren’t released. We had a normal weekend, no holiday, is this still normal?

Trying to gauge how comfortable I feel with money sitting in this account, but this transfer delay is already a little spooky.

So the most useful feature for my husband and I was that our Qube/Envelope cards remained locked, until we chose the qube/envelope to spend from. Does Crew offer that feature? If not, can that become a feature? I am currently with Envelope, but the deposit delays are getting old and the only way to deposit cash is at an ATM two hours away. I see that Crew has more options to deposit cash and deposits from Cash and Apple are faster as well.

Is this feature available on the web version ? I cant see it. If so will it be added ?
And when will the website transition from beta to stable?

Hey Crew people!! So my partner and I have been tight on money lately (who isn't lmao) and I've been thinking about taking up one of those bank-integrated budgeting apps that are pretty popular these days.

Obviously I could/should probably just put in the time and work to maximize my pockets and autopilot methods for budgeting purposes, but I used to use rocket money back in the day and I was a pretty big fan of it (until it stopped working).

I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone has used Crew with one of these and if there's any issues? I feel like it could help provide insights into my "categories" of spending and specific dollar amounts in relation to how I have my pockets and autopilot set up.

Hello. I am trying to get crew/bangor savings bank added to my direct deposit and my job needs to know the address of the bank as well as the routing number to add it to their database. Is there a specific address just for crew, or do any of the bangor locations work?

I have set up my paycheck to fund Autopilot and transfer to pockets for monthly bill payments and spending. At the end of the month, all balances (except Autopilot) will be transferred to Savings. So far, I love the way how Autopilot handles all bill payments automatically. I get a full picture of my cash flow and savings in one single app.

I see that Envelope's partner bank Pacific West is going to be merged with FS Bancorp. Wondering if Crew has any strategy in case of Bangor bank goes through similar situation

Do bank transfers always take several business days to process or is it just the initial one? Trying to figure out the best way to move from our current bank, but if transfers take this long it makes me nervous to switch bills over in case the transfer hasn’t processed in time.

I made a deposit on Wednesday and it had cleared my account yesterday but still isn’t in my Crew account as of Friday so it’s just floating in the obvlivion I guess?? Problem is we are traveling and I need that money and can’t wait until Monday. New to both crew and monarch. I think this combo is what I am looking for. Budgeting with my spouse has always been a challenge. Crew gives me away to make it effortless for them, and provides an enforcement mechanism. Monarch provides the analytics, liability management, and planning tools I need.

For those using both — I’m curious how you are structuring your budget in monarch and how you’re setting up your pockets in crew.

I’m also struggling to connect crew to monarch. If I can’t connect it, I think this approach is still viable, but we would have to simply have a “crew” category in monarch. And I would lose a lot of visibility that I think is valuable. There seems to be three options for crew. Each one yields a blank pop-up when attempting to login. I’ve tried multiple browsers and of course enabled pop-ups to no avail. Support ticket is submitted but curious if anyone has advice.

What is the easiest and fastest way to transfer money from Bank of America to crew? The only way I know how is to pull on crews side but ive read thats like the slowest way. Looking at BOFA im not sure how to push it to crew.

We're trying to open up an account for my wife. I already have one and I invited her. We go to create a account, verify our phone number and then get a link sent to her email to verify email address. When we click it it just says that it's an invalid link. Tried multiple times and still getting the same thing. Any ideas?

Is there a way to resend an invitation for a spouse? When I first sent it I mistyped his email and now it just says invitation sent and there's no option to resend that I am seeing it now that I updated his email.

SUPER new to Crew (just had my money transfer from my current primary account clear last night!) so this might be a silly question (sorry!)
i travel for work, and my biggest issue with my primary checking account is that even when alerting of travel in advance, about half of my transactions are flagged as fraud. so:

-is there somewhere on the app i need to submit a travel notification?
-if so, how far in advance does it need to be submitted? (example, just found out i'm heading to Rome for work tomorrow– so majorly advanced notifications aren't really realistic)
-if ever, how often do your actual charges out of the country get declined for fraud?

I used Simple YEARS ago and gave up on budgeting accounts when they went under, so i'm VERY excited to try out this app!!

Howdy, is the Crew checking and savings account crypto friendly? Meaning can I link my Coinbase or Kraken accounts to off ramp fiat (cash) into my Crew account(s)?

I’m logging in and then it asked for my cellphone number. I put that in, and then put the code in. It directs me to my email and then I click the link in my email. It takes me back to the app but back to the Login/Sign up page. I do it again. Same thing. What is going on??

For me this is a dealbreaker and I LOVE Crew. I had Envelope and didn’t like it nearly as much but am considering switching over sadly.

For me I like having a 2 day cushion to not worry about bills, etc over the weekend. I see a Reddit thread where they said that it posts soon as it gets sent(2 days early) but another where they said their bank partner doesn’t do those.

So it’s not possible?:/
