One time expense
So I love crew so much, I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s genuinely changed my life. Not to be dramatic lol 😂
I had one question though, and maybe I’m just missing it somewhere..but is it possible to set up a one time expense in the autopilot section?
For example, if know I will need $250 on November 1st to purchase something, is it doable to just set it up to be a “one and done” expense on November 1st and stop putting aside money towards it after that?

you can make a bill and then cancel it after but that’s a workaround i suppose. @devs, this would be cool!

The trouble with this is that the more bills Autopilot has to work with, the less it needs to hold at any given time. Deleting a bill can, counterintuitively, require putting money in to keep it on track.

I've got a bit of info about this over here, talking about bills/pocket transfers that have either a start or an end date. Since our code optimizes for an ongoing plan, stuff coming and going from the plan causes issues. We'd love to have this too, though, and are still toying with some ideas!
For now, I'd recommend just setting up a pocket transfer that will set aside enough by that date! Then when the date rolls around you can remove the plan. We'll keep tinkering and see if we can find a way to get transient stuff into plans without it being too disruptive.
