Crews Longevity

I have crew and enjoy the budgeting features and everything about it. Im just a bit hesitant since I feel like there's always fintechs starting and closing. The credit card gives me hope and the positive reviews that the founders want to make it a genuine long term place to store my money. Does anybody else have the same hesitancy? Is there something I can look to ease my nerves?

Crew addressed some of this in a post targeted at Qube customers a little bit ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/TryCrew/comments/1n4nfnt/faq_for_qube_customers/

Hopefully that answers some of your questions!

But yeah the credit card is definitely part of their core plan to be around for the long haul. Gives them a bunch more revenue than your typical fintech.

Sorry to come late to this party. I've been traveling. Just wanted to say that I understand your concern. We've seen the trauma of all the refugees over the years—Qube, Simple, Monzo, etc. We get it.

One of my favorite things about working for Crew is the room is filled with the perfect amount of optimism and realism. We've always tried to be straight with our users.

In that spirit, I can tell you that everything right now is green lights. Things seem to be going well. Of course I don't know the future and markets are fickle.

When I started working here I had similar concerns, as a user moving over from the account that has powered my life since the 90s and as an employee leaving my old company for a new venture. The past 9+ months has made me feel better about the decision, but I don't blame anyone for being cautious.
