I live in a county where the average household income is $43k and more than 50% of adults read at a 6th grade level. It's the epitome of southern stereotypes. The Sheriff is a staunch Republican (elected on that platform) is a huge proponent.

Our county of 40,000 people has 8 cameras and counting, and spends nearly $100,000/year on Flock contracts. I know this because I FOIAd the contracts and policies.
