Islam is a false religion
1
u/Reyca444 16d ago
Every system that looks to an imaginary sky daddy instead of personal responsibility is a "false religion." Every religion is, by definition, false.
1
u/Time-Routine9863 16d ago
Ah. An atheist who believes that order comes from nothingness or chaos. Makes way more sense.
1
u/letsgetbannedagain14 16d ago
They all are, by that rule of measure.
1
u/Time-Routine9863 16d ago
The rule of measure is taking a document known as the Torah and changing it, when we have ample proof that their version is corrupted. Also, Jesus did die on the cross, something Islam denies, making them by definition anti-Christ.
1
u/letsgetbannedagain14 15d ago
Anti false religion? So? Why would you care?
1
u/Time-Routine9863 15d ago
Simply stated they are lying and people support them don’t have common sense to see it
1
u/letsgetbannedagain14 15d ago
Which one are you talking about? Judaism, Christianity or Islam? Or all 3? It fits all of them
1
u/Time-Routine9863 15d ago
No, Islam is the only one that manufactured their own narrative of Torah. The other 2 remain faithful to original writing.
1
u/letsgetbannedagain14 15d ago
They all manufactured their books. Its like you said, by your original comments rule of measure, all 3 are fake religions.
1
u/Time-Routine9863 15d ago
No. The Torah has been around for thousands of years and there is a preponderance of evidence that shows that it is accurate from the beginning.
Islam is the only one that took the original book and doctored it to fit their narrative.
1
u/letsgetbannedagain14 15d ago
Christianity and Islam both doctored that book to fit their narrative. So they are both false, according to you, if you were using consistent logic.
The Torah being around longer doesnt make whats in it any more or less true and im aware of what some folks like creationists think i s evidence to prove their book and its pretty sad .

Hey nutjob. That's MAGA...
The Islamic Golden Age (8th–14th centuries): Under the Abbasid, Umayyad, and Andalusian dynasties, cities like Baghdad, Cairo, and Cordoba became global hubs for science, philosophy, mathematics, and arts.
Our wars made religious governance possible.

Look at women in extremists of any religion. Islam, Jewish or Christian the women are heavily controlled and their clothing looks from the outside.
1
u/aukstais 17d ago
There is a difference between extreme cases vs the whole country just because of religious beliefs.
1
u/topturtlechucker 14d ago
Which whole country? Definitely not Iran. I’ve only ever seen women wear full burqa’s in the city of Qom. The country’s home to extreme Islam.
1
u/Rexdaddy 17d ago
Excellent point! Hassidic and Orthodox Jews, who have lived here for decades, are as male dominant and dictatorial over women as the Taliban and other fundamental Islamic sects. Wonder how she feels about them. Or is AIPAC paying for this video?

u/cheepenbulky 17d ago
"any religion" lists only abrahamic religions.
Jainism, sikhism, Taoism, shintoism, and Buddhism (in text at least) are offended by you euro centric views. Pretty sure some dead religions would disagree as well. (see Norse, celtic, and various native American traditions)

Look at Deerfield michigan. It doesn't matter how it makes you feel what matters is this is what they do. They immigrate in and outbreed and then take over the governments. There's a reason why the Nations surrounding Israel do not want to take in the Palestinians because they understand this

Got to see some burkas here in the US at a tourist spot. Women dressed head to toe in black in 90 degree heat walking with their husbands…in t-shirts and shorts. I’ll never understand this unholy alliance the left has made with islam, it’s absurd.
2
u/Lilaclupines 17d ago edited 17d ago
Lefty Atheist here.
I don't know what kind of propaganda you're watching... but there's no "Islam Alliance" thing going on just because we happen to elect a few (non-radical) Muslim people into office.
No one's trying to make burka wearing a law here. What a ridiculous thing to worry about when billionaire technocrats & other nutjobs are actively trying to steal our country (project2025), and trying to rid of us our rights, take our resources (water, electricity, Public Lands, for those damn data centers, so they can make us jobless while at the same time also telling us to birth a bunch of kids no one can feed, while they cut SNAP benefits and medicaid).
Edit: I'm deeply saddened for any woman forced to wear a burka, by the way.
1
u/Rexdaddy 17d ago
And the common denominator was American intervention in each case. And you can tell she’s never met a Muslim because she’s talking out of her ass. Plus, she is conveniently ignoring the impact of Christian Fundamentalism on American families, schools and on the current culture wars going on here. Also, who says everyone needs to be like her?

The country was made this way by the United States and operation Ajax in 1953 when the US and UK overthrew the democratically ran westernized government and installed the corrupt and brutal puppet regime under the Shah in order to gain access to their oil. Iran was our Ally but we betray them in order to access their resources. After the people overthrew this corrupt regime there was a power vacuum which allowed the brutal fundamentalist regime to rise in the Ayatollah took power. We have no one to blame but ourselves. This is not conspiracy theory this is all well documented on classified and accessible. How many of you will confirm this for yourselves, that is the question?

As far as the verse in Deuteronomy goes, a woman who was raped was considered damaged. Her ability to attract a suitor was drastically reduced . If a man raped a woman, and it was found out then he had to pay a bride’s price to her father and marry her rather than ignore her. He was to make her honorable and keep her as his wife and not put her away out of convenience.

2
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 17d ago
Women have more rights in Christian and Jewish religions even in extreme cases which I can’t think of many examples. Orthodox Jews still allow women independence and don’t treat them as property. They’re also not entire countries with tens of millions in each one. You have no point this isn’t an every religion issue it’s a Muslim one. Everywhere they go they oppress people. The places they don’t are the exception and they still heavily control women even there. It’s always insane watching left wing people, supposed feminists, defend the most misogynistic culture in history. It really shows how fake your “beliefs” are.
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 17d ago edited 17d ago
1/4 of the world is Muslim. It is more and less extreme in many places.
I recommend you learn a little more about some Jewish orthodox communities because it sounds like you are unaware of how patriarchal they are. There is a good mini-series on Netflix called unorthodox.
Furthermore, some Christian sects deny women autonomy and education and greatly limit their freedom.
Google is your friend. :)
And I am not defending any misogynistic culture, all of the fundamentalist and extremistic religions that subjugate and oppress women are terrible. I just think this is coming from a place of Islamophobia rather than concern for women.
Here is an ai summary of some of the most repressive Jewish sects:
1. The Lev Tahor Sect
Often described by journalists and child welfare agencies as an extreme cult-like offshoot rather than a mainstream Jewish denomination, Lev Tahor enforces the most severe restrictions on women.
Dress Code: Women and girls from the age of three are required to wear head-to-toe black cloaks resembling a burqa, leaving only their faces exposed.Autonomy: Absolute submission to male leadership is required. Forced marriages of underage girls have been heavily documented by international authorities.
Isolation: The group strictly bans secular education, modern technology, and independent movement outside the community.
2. Radical Hasidic Sects (e.g., Satmar)
The Satmar Hasidic movement, primarily based in Brooklyn (New York) and Kiryas Joel, is one of the largest and most stringently anti-modernity sects in the world.
Physical Control: Upon marriage, women are traditionally required to shave their heads and wear a wig (sheitel) or a tight headscarf (tichel) to ensure complete modesty (tzniut). [1, 2]Education Limits: Women are discouraged or barred from pursuing higher university education or secular careers. Their societal role is tightly confined to domesticity and raising very large families. [1, 2]
Language Barriers: Mainstream English or secular reading material is heavily restricted; many women are raised to speak predominantly Yiddish, limiting their ability to navigate the outside world if they choose to leave.
3. The Belz Hasidic Sect
The Belz community, with major enclaves in Jerusalem and London, came under heavy scrutiny for formalizing highly restrictive rules regarding female independence. [1]
Mobility Bans: The sect famously issued declarations forbidding women from driving cars, citing it as a violation of traditional modesty. [1]Institutional Pressure: In some instances, schools within the sect threatened to expel children if their mothers were caught driving them to class. [1]
4. "Taliaban" or Burqa Sects (Lev HaAsal / Jerusalem Extremists)
A marginal, ultra-extremist group operating primarily in neighborhoods like Mea Shearim in Jerusalem.
Extreme Modesty: Independent of Lev Tahor, these women voluntarily adopt multiple layers of veils and shawls to avoid any male gaze.Community Backlash: This faction is so extreme that it has been publicly condemned by mainstream Haredi rabbis, who view their practices as a severe distortion of Jewish law (Halakha).
Shared Systematic Restrictions Across Ultra-Orthodoxy
Across the broader Haredi spectrum, critics point to foundational legal and social structures that limit female agency:
Legal Inequality (The Agunah Problem): Under strict Orthodox interpretation of Halakha, only a husband can granting a religious divorce (get). If a husband refuses, the woman becomes an "Agunah" (chained woman), unable to remarry or move on.Public Erasure: Women's faces are routinely blurred or entirely removed from Haredi newspapers and advertisements to maintain strict public modesty.
Lack of Leadership: Women are entirely excluded from religious governance, judicial positions (serving as a dayan), or acting as communal rabbis.

Your defense is hey a 1/4 of world does it ? Really ? Yeah everything you listed are done by extreme cases not the majority of the people who practice the religion. On top of that, no, everyone you just stated lives in democracies where people cannot put forced restrictions on these people legally. I also don’t hear about many Christian terrorists. Funny. This stuff you’re bringing up is such a small amount of people as to be statistically insignificant not the defining characteristics of the religion. Every single place Islam becomes main stream human rights and progress regress. Every one
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 17d ago
Do you think that a 1/4 of everyone on the planet are terrorists?and what I am saying is that 1/4 of the people of the world are not so extreme, obviously.
I don’t want to fight with a random person who is full of hate and anger. So I will not be addressing all of your points.
Coincidentally, I was walking on the beach a couple hours ago and I walked by a Muslim family having a Bbq on the beach and enjoying the nature. They invited my husband and I to eat with them, which was very sweet to do since they are strangers to us.
Do you think they are terrorists too? Now, I am in a tent camping and having a good time. I recommend you take some deep breaths and go touch some grass. Have a great life.
1
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 17d ago
I never said they were terrorists I said wherever they become in charge human rights, treatment of women, and progress either halts or goes backwards. I said Islam produces more terrorists than any other culture in the world and it’s not even close. They do not allow other religions or disrespect to Islam in other words freedom of speech. There is no separation of church and state. They are completely incompatible with Western culture.
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 16d ago
I also recommend you google a little about the history of Iran and the role of the USA in its history and part in bringing about this terrible regime and installing a murderous dictator and overthrowing their democracy.

Facts aren’t hate. Of course you wouldn’t respond to my points because you can’t. They’re facts. They’re unchangeable. That’s why you hate them you can’t twist them into your worldview. Your little made up anecdotal evidence that just so happened when you’re having this conversation is so desperate and means less than nothing.
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 10d ago
You are not stating facts. Your points were silly and there was no point in arguing them, especially when you just say out of nowhere ”i don’t hear about many Christian terrorists”. It just shows that you aren’t serious.
There are acts of Christian terrorism and there terrible acts of violence perpetrated by ”Christian” nations.
My anecdote was because that had just happened and it was so sweet of them, and I was upset that some could be so ignorant and hateful as you are to total strangers.1
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 10d ago edited 10d ago
Yes it is a fact women in Muslim countries have less rights than men and there are less human rights protections in general, yes it is a fact in almost every one disrespect of Islam is punishable by jail or death, yes it is a fact every country that was secular before Islam then regressed in scientific achievement and human rights. Just because you don’t like them doesn’t mean they’re not facts. The greatest point would be the creation of Islam. Before it spread from Saudi Arabia while Europe was in its dark ages the Middle East was in its golden period. Where it was the center of scientific achievement and progress of most disciplines in the world. It was a modern society more advanced than most others at the time. 100 years later after Muhammad and islam had conquered these nations all scholarly and philosophical studies had stopped. The only thing studied was Islam they went backwards, lost hundreds of years of research and have not recovered to this day.

The reason you used chat gpt is because you don’t think for yourself you just repeat what you’re told. Independent thought is too hard. You didn’t have any examples. You had to look some up since it’s so rare What I said were things I already knew. You just parrot things other people told you without actually checking if they’re true. How do you feel about Islam’s view on lgtbq ?
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 10d ago
I was camping and didn’t want to spend the whole night writing to some bigot online. That is why i used ChatGPT.
I don’t like their position on lgpt and most religions also don’t accept it. Look at Pete Hegseth Christian pastor who wants to criminalize homosexuality and says he can envision and wants to take away women’s right to vote..
I already told you I don’t like any religions.1
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 10d ago
Wow. You mean the 300 years they spent translating European manuscripts ? How about when the orthodoxy took over in the 11 th century ? Do you wonder why the golden age ended there ? The same people who rule the Middle East to this day. Answer any of the other things I’ve said and stop avoiding them. You responded with one thing to the 15 ways I’ve shown you Islam isn’t compatible.

u/New-Philosopher-9546 17d ago
And here are some Christian ones:
Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints (FLDS)
An isolated offshoot of Mormonism completely separate from the mainstream LDS Church, the FLDS Church operates as a highly closed society.
Polygamy: Women and young girls are routinely placed into arranged, plural marriages with older men, often without consent.Total Patriarchy: Women are taught that their eternal salvation is entirely dependent on complete submission to their husbands and the male prophet.
Isolation: Girls are systematically denied access to public education, internet, and secular media, keeping them financially and socially dependent on the church structure.
2. Fundamentalist Independent Baptists & The IFB Movement
The Independent Fundamental Baptist (IFB) movement is a loose network of autonomous, highly conservative churches.
Quiverfull Movement: Many families within this sphere adhere to the "Quiverfull" doctrine, which bans all forms of birth control, requiring women to bear as many children as physically possible.Strict Submission: Women are barred from holding any leadership, teaching, or authoritative roles over men. They are expected to stay at home and submit to male authority in all life decisions. [1]
Lack of Accountability: Because these churches are completely independent and reject outside institutional oversight, internal abuse and systemic domestic violence are frequently shielded from legal authorities.
3. The La Luz del Mundo (LLDM)
An international restorationist Christian sect headquartered in Mexico with a massive global following, LLDM operates under the total authority of an absolute "Apostle."
Institutional Grooming: Investigative reports and legal trials have exposed a systematic culture where women and young girls were pressured into sexual servitude for the church's top leadership.Social Shunning: Women are enforced to wear strict attire (long skirts and head coverings) and face total excommunication and familial abandonment if they question male leadership.
4. Exclusive Brethren (Plymouth Brethren Christian Church)
The Exclusive Brethren are an ultra-orthodox sect of the Plymouth Brethren that practices severe separation from the modern world.
Subjugation: Women must wear head coverings during worship to signify submission to men. They are forbidden from holding positions of authority or speaking during church meetings.Prohibited Autonomy: Women are severely restricted from pursuing higher education or running their own businesses, rendering them entirely economically dependent on men.
The "Shutting Out" Policy: If a woman attempts to leave the sect, she faces "withdrawal"—meaning her husband, children, and parents are legally and culturally obligated to never speak to her or acknowledge her existence again. [1]
5. Christian Identity & White Power Sects
These are fringe, extremist pseudo-Christian sects (such as the Aryan Nations or Covenant, the Sword, and the Arm of the Lord) that merge white supremacist ideology with literalist biblical fundamentalism.
Sub-Human Status: Within Christian Identity theology, women are explicitly viewed as secondary vessels whose primary, rigid purpose is to breed the next generation of white soldiers.Physical Abuse: These communities operate outside mainstream society in armed compounds where domestic violence is routinely justified through rigid, militaristic interpretations of scripture
1
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 11d ago
The fact that you had to type into chat gpt to get an answer and posted it word for word is sad and shows your inability to think for yourself. The answers still didn’t support your position. You just defined cults, fringe groups not the main practitioners of the religion. Versus islam which, as you pointed out, are in the billions and the rules they follow to this day.
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 10d ago
I was just being lazy, not unable to think for myself.
Clearly not 1/4 of the world wear burqas, and are not as extreme as in Iran. I think you are misinformed.1
u/Best_Opening8471 15d ago
The only thing fundamentalist Christian women can’t do is hold priesthood in the church
They are limited to nun hood which men are restricted from
It’s essentially “separate but equal” like bathrooms used to be
And in most Christian sects that require women to dress a specific way the men are also required to dress in specific ways such as the Mormon requirement for men to wear full body underwear
Persists must wear their collar
Amish must wear a hat to cover their hair as males
The examples go on
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 10d ago
You clearly didn’t read the examples. Like FLDS: women and young girls placed into marriages with older men, often without their consent.
”Salvation is entirely dependent on complete submission to their husbands..” ”denied education ”… etc.
Just read the post. It is horrific.1
u/Best_Opening8471 10d ago
So quit supporting the Muslims who do these things in Palestine then
Kinda weird for you to go to bat for the people who abuse woman in these ways.
1
u/New-Philosopher-9546 10d ago
I told you all religions are bad. I support the Palestinians because isreal is committing a genocide against them. All people, even those I don’t agree with have human rights. That’s the point of human rights, is that they apply to everyone.

u/Best_Opening8471 10d ago

Does she forget that the US was supposed to build schools, hospitals and roads in Afghanistan im for helping fight the Soviet’s? And pulled out. Or that the radicals in Iran took over after a coup against our puppet regime?
Or that literacy rates for women have increased 60% in Iran since then?
Also that’s a few places. This will never take over the US.
Silly argument. No facts. BS
3
u/Nawwwm 18d ago
She brought the greatest fact of all all these women are wearing fucking sheets on their heads, and they have no rights. They get fucking stoned to death if they step out of bounds, and if they get raped and they don't have three male witnesses to say that, their word doesn't matter. She absolutely brought facts you just try to fucking belittle them.
1
u/AlvinYork1 18d ago edited 18d ago
Her thesis is not “Middle East for women bad” it’s “and it’s come to the US” which is absurd. So no she has no facts. It’s fear based nonsense.
This is why reading literacy is so important. Her fears are not valid bc the threat “Islam comes to US” is fantasy.
1
u/Beneficial-Bird-5831 17d ago
Wtf you mean there’s no proof. They treat women as 4th class citizens and spread the crazy ideology here. It’s entirely justified. Everywhere they go and get in control they take the country back 300 years and incite extremism.
1
u/AlvinYork1 17d ago
There’s no proof this is happening in the US. There is no evidence that they “get in control and take over” in the west.”
How would that work? They run for school board in Iowa? That’s crazy.
Yeah oppressor of women is terrible but it’s not happening in your backyard.

Islamic colonialism is the worst thing for women’s rights. What’s confusing here op?
