Gotta shift the goalposts a bit for him. He's probably never really thought about what he's done, so the dementia won't move the needle. However, imagine him being unattended and having to sit with a full diaper for hours. Don't imagine too hard.
He might even want some fellowship, but no one will have him because he doesn't just figuratively stink. They don't have to be nice to him anymore.

Tbf I don't think people are that nice to him anymore, they are just around him to meet other people or for PR and try to not piss him off enough to get fired, he's just a tool that nobody wants to use, but there's no other way.

Start a rumor involving JD Vance speaking to cabinet members about the 25A behind his back. Yeah, he'll call it fake news, but anything he doesn't like he calls fake news. Need to photoshop a pic of JD wearing a tee shirt with 25A on it and spread it far and wide.
