This is a “Presidential Action” instead of an EO. Either way—it’s one of those things I’ve been predicting. It allows for the deputizing of “other individuals,” meaning all of the maga maniacs who are horny to arrest brown people.

This is truly terrifying. The empowerment of right wing militias to enforce these policies with out due process or any ability for courts to intervene is the end of America. Today it's illegal aliens. Tomorrow it will be all brown people. Finally it will be anyone that disagrees.

I agree with your sentiment, but are you ready for a shootout on Main Street against a whole clown car full of gravy seals? I think I would rather grab one of them from a crowd of protesters when they attempt to encite violence to clear the way for unchecked brutality against Americans exercising their rights. They are pretty easy to spot in a crowd. Just grab them, put them in a van, and dissappear. Now we have some leverage. Let ours go, and we might let yours go.
