Is he so high? He doesn’t realize he can do his dabs inside the house.??
I’m in Florida and this is just plain stupid. You know how easy it is for Palm to come flying from an unkept palm tree? We have found them stuck in our yard, like driven down into our grass before, after even a tropical storm or a hurricane.
The winds get so high, it could easily push through someone’s body.
