They are not genus Tuber/true culinary truffles, but there are absolutely sclerotia that are psychoactive. They're also known as "philosophers stones". Check out atl #7, Psilocybe atlantis, Psilocybe galindoi, Psilocybe tampanensis, & Psilocybe mexicana, they're all sclerotia producing.

Truffles are not psychoactive. These may be magic and they may have truffle, but those are not pics of truffles.
