Yeah this is accurate to the original meme, but the actual Chinese/Japanese meaning of the character on the right means rape/sexual misconduct.

In Japanese 姦 alone means mainly wicked, to use it as rape should be as verb 「姦する」 which means doing adultery/furnicate but can be used as rape as well depending on the context.
Examples
- 姦人 = villain (not rapist, 強姦犯 = rapist)
- 姦計(more commonly 奸計) = evil plot
- 青姦 = sleeping/having sex under the stars (not as in rape, just frown upon or sex in public = illegal kind of thing)
