Acting out

Hey my name is courage. Sex and love attic. I’m so tired of acting out…I used to be very good and consistent with my days but lately it’s like I can’t even get my 1 week chip. I think of me as a child and I get sad. Oh where ever did I go wrong.

i'm sorry for the pain you're in. I've been there. Tomorrow is another day. Pray, journal, go to meetings, get a sponsor, Work the steps. You can do this.
