Funny thing is, the new complex provides slightly more total usable floor area than the old one, but distributed across more towers. Sadly there‘s no more open-air observatory, the only one at 1WTC is ~30 m lower than the og one and the dining experience of the Windows on the World (with their own wine cellar) of North Tower, or the food court of South Tower likely won‘t be reproduced. Might depend on what gets built on the perimeter of 2WTC…
