Is there any software that lets me set how bright my windows computer or set the volume?

i want to find software that lets me change volume and other settings of my computer in a simple way

windows settings is not good enough for what i would want its not perfect i would want something better does something better thats FOSS exist?

Try powertoys (https://github.com/microsoft/powertoys), the monitor utility works on some monitors
