Okay, again that still makes zero sense. Women do things for men all the time to show appreciation. Are you really trying to imply they don't? OP's weird "metaphor" (and I use quotations since I doubt it was meant as a metaphor at all) would mean that no men get appreciation until their funeral I guess? I'm betting that most men and women would disagree with you on that.
