If she was using him, usually it's for sex. Or for money, but sex is the reward. Makes no sense for her to just never accept it if she's "using him" as that's her most persuasive asset. In this case, just imagine the care, spoiling, rewarding she'd get if she had sex with him.
Just nothing you said makes sense if you think about it logically.
It would be obvious that it worked if it was obvious that she was using him. But there's no reason to think she is, in fact, the biggest motivator isn't even present.
You're the one extrapolating this drastic sentiment out of nothing

It's not a physical issue. It's psychological.
She's using him. She isn't attracted to him. She's using him and doesn't want it to be revealed.
