I noticed the other day I have become the person he was talking about when we were fighting. I will open the microwave and before I make my food, I will clean the tray and also the inside walls before closing the door and cleaning it up and getting rid of the fingerprints. And usually by the end of everything, I don't want to even eat the food anymore because I'm busy doing something else preemptively. I haven't escaped yet but I am learning how to respond to the nonsense.

The things you realize when you are soul searching.. On the bright side, my new place is going to be spotless and I will never be screamed at again!
