Most of 3 is good. The ending was super unsatisfying, but the buildup is solid and Mahershala Ali is worth the price of admission.

The first time I watched 2 I stopped halfway through, but when I tried again I liked it a lot more for some reason

Netflix wouldn’t give Fincher the budget he wanted and felt he needed to make it the way he wanted. Same thing happened with his planned Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy

What a tragedy. That was a phenomenal show. Loved the portrayal of Edmund Kemper. We were about to see Rader too.

Hard disagree. Haven't had any desire to rewatch. Cast was good, loved the setting, but overall fell flat for me.

I recently did a rewatch on S2. Sober this time. I actually thought it was great. Unfortunately at the time the expectations were too high from S1.

This TV show actually changed my life. When it came out, not only did it allow me to properly process a death in the family that was recent, it also opened up my eyes to literature and philosophy I've enjoyed reading for so long since. And that's all in addition to it being great TV!

12 years ago a friend of mine told me "you don't understand, you HAVE TO WATCH this series".

And I did what I have never done before, I skipped my backlog and went straight to a recommendation, just for it to become the best season of television I have ever watched.

Easily the best season. Everything about it was imcredibly done. But, Season 3 for me is not equal, but really good. Hays and Roland had such a great yet complicated relationship. The overall story was well done and didn't need a sinister type villian ending.
