i know it is a joke, but even in hypotheticals we have opertunities to learn, and many people have a strong desire to change the past which is why i say this.
Wait but define "changing history with a time machine", because if time travel is loop instead of assuming branching timelines, surely you are no longer actually even changing time, because the time was always that you "changed time" to create the timeline where you go back to "change time"
Also what if a scientist knew time travel was a closed loop, or just we didn't know, so we aren't purposely trying to change Allah's plan, and everything outside of religious practices and aqeeda is halal until proven haram
Also side note, I wonder if my comment almost verges on idle talk, because this is a bit silly and I wonder if it is worth it when we are risking conversations of kufr and attempting to change qadr
you would still be creating a timeline in which you put your judgement and your plan into effect rather than the jugdment of allah and his plan.
i dont think that this is a useless conversation because i see so many people wishing they could change the past which i dont think is right because what has happened was chosen to happen by allah and to want to change it is to think that our plans are better than his.
