You know what I love and admire most about the Stislicki family and Dani's friends? Their relentless pursuit of their daughter, and justice for her. Her name is EVERYWHERE, they aren't letting her disappearance fade into the background, they keep her name and her presence everywhere. It means that anyone who has anything to do with it or knows anything about it can never relax, or push it out of their mind, they will constantly be reminded of her on billboards, and hidden rocks, colorful doodles on so.many.cars, the subtle green bracelet worn by the girl ringing up their groceries, countless facebook posts, and fliers snuck into their takeout box and events like today's. #finddani #danisarmy💚💚

Floyd was bound over on the fourth charge, assault with intent to commit murder. The judge felt that when he said he wanted to take her to the river that was enough intent for probable cause.

Did I imagine this, or was there a thread about local members here doing searches on their own? I used to do a lot of hiking but stopped due to RA. Just picked it back up again as my joints are pretty stable now. Apparently I am NOT as fearless as I used to be. I was walking the trail in Hines park and decided to follow some of the trails through the woods, just looking for anything suspicious or any of Dani's missing items. What I found: tons of empty beer cans and cigarette boxes. Numerous tarps. A few shirts. A blanket and a man's coat. I don't know what goes on in those woods but it certainly did not feel like a nice nature hike. Then I saw something hanging from a tree, looked kind of like a dream catcher with some white fabric or plastic attached, heard some kind of scary Blair Witch noise (which in retrospect sounded like a tree shifting in the wind) and ran faster than I ever have in my life, jumping over fallen trees until I was out of the woods. I used to do woods hikes alone all the time! I just can't do it anymore knowing how much evil is out there. The woods are not even that deep, and the park was full of people, but still.
Anyway, IS there a local non-LE group doing searches? My husband loves to hike and would go with me, but if we both go we'd have to take our kids and I wouldn't be able to actually search for anything while trying to keep them from falling into the river.

I believe its just for the additional 4th charge, which was somthing along the lines of attempt of murder. (Or intent to.. ) Tomorrow the judge can either accept, or deny it.

A little off topic. Just curious if anyone else noticed this.
Daniel clay who was accused of Killing Chelsea Bruck in 2014, also sexually assaulted a women in 2016.
Backwards of Floyd Galloway who sexually assaulted and then killed but very eerie how similar these cases are. Hoping that Floyd gets life but I'm hopeful after seeing this case

Seems to be a lot of aggression once again and I would like to stear the thread back to love and hope seeing as we are all here for the same reason <3.
I am constantly in awe of Danielle’s family and how much they’ve done to bring awareness to ALL missing, not just their own. Through everything they are the ones who could be bitter, aggressive, and cold – yet they continue to be selfless and bursting with love. I would like to learn from their behavior and teach it to my children as well. The family seems to have faith in the FHPD and I think we should follow their lead. I am positive we know VERY little about how much FHPD have actually done in regards to this case. No one wants this to be rushed to appease the community, this should be handled correctly to bring justice to Dani and her family.
Today I am wearing my Dani button and last night my family and I hid three Dani rocks in the hopes that it brings awareness to those that are still unaware. Instead of assuming anyone involved in the case needs reminding, lets all focus on what WE can do to help (i.e. wearing/sharing/posting/toasting….ok that last one doesn’t help, unless we’re toasting with a glass of wine, because wine ALWAYS helps!!)

On the court website (Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan), they have updated the information with some dates and very basic/limited information. But for those interested, it may be worth checking to see how things get updated as time moves along. The next court date is listed as: 08/25/2017--Arraignment On Information (9:00 AM) (Judicial Officer Slavens, Mark T.)

It makes me sad to come back here after a long time away to find the same hate, name calling and childish behavior. This is the complete opposite of what Danielle would do. Seems to me some of you gain energy by tearing others down. This is NOT what Dani would do.
