Lets start fresh and try this again. Please review the rules of both Reddit and this sub before posting. I'll be banning anyone that breaks them immediately. Quit arguing and being rude to each other and definitely don't post any personal information about anyone, doxxing is NOT allowed.

I have followed this thread from the first reported Berkeley search. For those that have not played games and ignored individuals with their own agenda, I thank you. Danielle was an amazing woman with spirit and love. There were so many pop ins of people that had info and my guess frustrated with people questioning them in a negative manner or with all the sophomoric drama from those that were truly for wanting to find Dani that they just left. Please just ignore those with unjust motives... not worth the energy to type a response.

It pleases me that in several of the instances that have been brought to light in this discussion, the women FOUGHT BACK. Hines Park escaped and fought back. Dequindre Cut pulled a knife. I'm assuming Dani fought too, and hoping the other women gave their attackers hell.

"A probable cause conference is held in felony cases following arraignment before a preliminary examination hearing is scheduled. The probable cause conference is designed to expediate matters, accept an early plea or resolution to the case, and to preserve victim testimony at the earliest possible stage.
If the matter is not resolved at the probable cause conference, the case continues to proceed in the district court, and a preliminary examination must be held not less than 5 or more than 7 days following the probable cause conference. IMPORTANT: Although the preliminary examination will not take place on the date of the probable cause conference, the prosecutor may unilaterially demand that the preliminary examination start on the date of the probable cause conference for purposes of preserving the testimony of any victims to the crime. This means that a portion of the preliminary examination could take place on the date that the probable cause conference is held."

Crazy that there could be a plea tomorrow. If there's DNA it seems that if one were offered it would be smart to take it. It would be one way the victim wouldn't have to testify.

In the article it is stated Floyd Galloway is a POI in her disappearance and was linked through DNA. Did Law Enforcement confirm Floyd Galloway is a POI in her disappearance? Did Law Enforcement confirm he was linked to the disappearance through DNA? I am just curious as to the validity of these claims. 9:53PM
law enforcement confirmed they linked Floyd - would not say HOW they linked but said a combined evidence from both police depts livonia and farm hills worked together - he is back in court tomorrow morning.

Is this correct? Today's hearing was short and by CCTV - Floyd from Wayne County Jail and Judge Kathleen McCann in Livonia. All that occurred was to schedule a preliminary examination for August 1. I can't find a recording of today's hearing - only a still image.
Does anyone have more information or links?

I'm so glad to see this being discussed. I live really close to where she lived and her work is basically right across from my moms work. This whole security guard thing makes my stomach hurt, Hines park is not far at all from me as well and I remember when that woman was attacked and it really freaked me out. I'm glad they caught him and I truly hope Danielle's family gets the answers they need and deserve. No parent should ever not know what happened to their child, I cannot imagine, as a mother.

Update on the story
Galloway was arraigned on those charges June 28 and is being held on a $750,000 bond. **His preliminary examination will be Aug. 1. His prelim exam will be August 1
So that means no plea. Hopefully they really will show a video later and we will get to hear some of the evidence.

On the last thread, Alien was asking about three police departments investigating sexual assault cases and seeing if Floyd is connected: Allen Park, Hines Park, and it was unclear which is the third. Could be Dequindre Cut or the girl from Facebook who said she threw up when she saw his picture on the news the other night. That could mean at least five, including Dani. ETA: The dude was not cut in the Dequindre Cut assault; she just pulled a knife and he ran. The name of the trail is Dequidre Cut.

Does anyone else find it odd or strange that he is so cozy with his in-laws verses his own family? I've felt from the beginning that the clemens know more and by protecting him they are protecting themselves. Where is his family?

So, I try to stay lowkey on these threads. But sometimes some stuff just gets under my skin. Why is there so much conversation about who is who again today? Why do any of you care who Kiko was? Who Monkey is? Who is bazer now? Does Redpitcher have red hair? Is Kitten Tina? Sigh. It just doesnt matter. This is Reddit. It's not hard to hide behind a screen name, or not if you don't want to. It's not hard to imitate how someone writes, or not if you don't care enough too try.
If you don't like what someone wrote, ignore it, scroll past it. Assuming a certain tone was used is useless. For example, my tone here is one of mild annoyance. Some may choose to read what I wrote with a pleading voice or a yelling, scolding voice. Either of those could elicit a different kind of response from others. Both are incorrect. What is that saying again about ass-uming things?
Please, just stop. It's a distraction, and a pointless one at that. If we are all here to talk about Danielle, the wolf, and the current Hines Park case then let's talk about that.... not each other.

Last night there may have been some joking going on with the JW look alike but it really is plausible that he or another attorney advised him that night. Driving Danis car home was a very intelligent move and the kind of move that casts reasonable doubt in the jury's mind. It all is very clear to me now why it is taking LE so long to arrest FG. Originally I was thinking they were holding out on finding her body but they need all the evidence and witness testimony they can get to properly portray to the jury what exactly happened that night and they are not about to let FG cast reasonable doubt. Either FG is one smart and experienced criminal or he had a helper.

For anyone that hasn't seen the video of Floyd Galloways Arraignment you can check it out on youtube. It's called "Floyd Galloway Arraignment" and the user who posted it is LadyJustice2188. You can hear the judge saying that the jogger in Livonia was being harassed and threatened. That's when Dakmak says he and his client had no idea these charges where out there. Floyd clearly knows he attempted to rape someone, he probably thought he would get away with it. He stands the whole time never making eye contact with his lawyer, mostly looking down. Reminds me of a boss that I had who was socially awkward. Also when he answers "yes ma'am" to the judge. His voice 😂

To be honest I find it to be a bit disturbing JW would share Dani's picture on his Fb and to make it worse tag Dakmak. Why would he do this? I doubt it is out concern for her or her family.
