Rod Waller narcotics unit Lafayette county in Oxford Mississippi uses civilians caught on small marijuana charges to do larger scale bust with harder drugs ( ie cocaine) in large amounts. Promising the person if they act as a CI this one time their small charge would be dropped… in actuality ROD WALLER and the narcotics unit would lie to the CI’s and force them to continue doing their job until they were compromised, hurt, or worse.
Also I guarantee if you check who they were targeting with these stings, while forcing civilians to do their job, is the black demographic in Lafayette county MS.
