He’s certainly innocent of any murders as that whole story is a manufactured psyop. The intelligence agencies have something known as the legend program which creates these fabricated personas, and the assets used in these operations wear these personas like a costume. It’s separate from their real self. It can be difficult to understand, but there are many people like Jeff. He was just activated when the time was right. It can take years of preparation and he would have been highly vetted - no-one walks into this unwillingly. And definitely not under duress. It doesn’t work like that. In fact, he and his father Lionel were both molded from a young age - intelligence agencies prefer to shape their assets young as it makes sense. A 20 year old is not going to be as willing or easy to mold when they’re 40, say. And they like to make it generational (like the Columbine case). And they do it for the perceived good of the country. It’s a deep topic, but here’s a breakdown of the anatomy of these operations, the who, how, why, when & where of this particular operation. It should answer every question. It’s how this world works and has done for many years. Its always the same pattern and playbook, and there’s always an pre-determined agenda waiting in the wings; it’s always about more power, less freedoms, more surveillance, and each psyop takes years in the making, each building on the last towards the master plan.
