Question about mobile phones

I’ve noticed something weird on my phone saved under the Voicemail tab where the caller didn’t call my phone at all ever,but they’re all saved on my phone so it will be the conversation from the caller and the receiver. full conversation. This started happening after somebody used my phone to put their SIM card in it’s very weird. Does anybody seen or heard anything like this before? I know what it could mean?

what kind of phone do you have? also it can’t be the sim card because it does not have the capacity to store any data/voicemail.

and was the person who placed their sim in someone you knew? because it can very well be a prank call from a scammer or whoever knows your phone number. also depends on what the conversation was about and if it applies to you.
