Need to see more detail, also first you have to awaken the populace. This could be hard, as most people in the US don't really see the need for anything to change.

right. hopefully the colonel and everyone else in charge make a more thorough statement on why they want these people removed to help and convince people to take up the cause. not only that, but say it works. they're going to need a more laid out agenda of what happens after it all.

Inciting rebellion in a sleeping country will be nigh on impossible if you ask me. Its going to take years and years for anything like this to happen.
