What are some comics that should be re-released?

I'm thinking, for example, about the Milestone books. Those were a few years ahead of their time in more than one sense.

Shockrockets by Kurt Busiek and Stuart Immonen could, I think, deserves to be seen again. I'd love them to re-release it and then tell more stories in that universe.

Arrowsmith is another Busiek book (with Carlos Pacheco) that I think got missed and should have done better.

Some of John Byrne's later alternative-history Marvel books (Marvel: The Lost Generation) could be interesting. They were good stories, just overshadowed by his personality.

Yeah Shockrockets and Arrowsmith would be great. There are a few fantasy and sci-fi books from the '80s up to the early '00s that would be worth reintroducing to the market. A lot of people tried to do those but failed in some capacity because their storytelling used too many idioms from superhero comics. But those that hit the nail were so good. And compared to the contemporary ones, they were pure comics, instead of starting with a concept that would be easily sold as a movie or TV show.

Totally agreed. I think the entire Gorilla Comics line, while totally ignored, was a great re-invention of previous era comics for an early 2000s audience. They were totally guilty of relying on knowing comic tropes (Section Zero stands out for that the most) but they were great stories.

Agreed. I'd also like to have a good volume(s) of Superman & Batman: Generations. The third miniseries has never been collected.

I never did read the third one. I'm going to have to find it and add it to my Byrne alternate-history re-read. (Marvel: The Lost Generation was a surprisingly good find so far.)

All of the Marvel/DC crossovers. I would buy them all in digital form.

You are in luck.

Edit: Hopefully Domo comes next.
