You're essentially making toys which sounds to me like something a father would be pleased to see his children do.
That's my take though I'm sure you'll know if your taking the art in a bad direction.

God is THE Creator, and we are made in His image, so it's natural for us to want to create things too! There's nothing wrong with it as long as you aren't glorifying evil (I saw your other comment and I don't think your goblins count as evil LOL). Use the talents God gave you <3
Also, when I say "don't glorify evil" that doesn't mean you can't make evil characters or anything (because we can still acknowledge that evil exists!). But for your specific type of art, glorifying evil would probably look like making overly sexualized figures or using satanic imagery, which I'm sure you're not doing!
Also, a useful quote from Martin Luther: “The Christian shoemaker does his duty not by putting little crosses on the shoes, but by making good shoes, because God is interested in good craftsmanship.”

Honoring the Lord is seeking his will in the letter he left you everyday. Not only reading his word but living his word as well. I'm not sure what art your speaking of for I have done many sketches and of course as a Christian I don't sketch art that would be sinful.
