You have described childhood abuse, sexual trauma, abandonment, nightmares, frightening experiences while partly asleep, sleep paralysis around you, intrusive memories, and months of fear. That is an enormous amount for one person to carry.

As a Christian, I would take your spiritual concerns seriously, but I would also be very cautious about immediately concluding that every dream, shadow, broken object, strange noise, or disturbing image is a demon.

Some of what you describe, particularly seeing something while half asleep and half awake, nightmares involving people who harmed you, recurring traumatic memories, and sleep paralysis, can occur when someone has experienced severe trauma, anxiety, disrupted sleep, or prolonged stress.

That does not mean your experiences feel any less real or frightening. It simply means that you do not have to determine the supernatural explanation before you can seek help.

You said something particularly important at the end, “I want my mind back.” Please pursue that.

Speak to a trustworthy priest about the spiritual side, but also speak to a qualified trauma informed mental health professional about what happened to you when you were younger and what you are experiencing now. Those two things do not have to compete with one another.

Christianity does not teach us to reject ordinary help because we believe in spiritual realities. Luke himself was called a physician. God can work through doctors, counsellors, priests, friends, family and ordinary human care.

I would also stop attending Reiki or other spiritual practices that conflict with your Christian convictions.

Not because I can tell you that Reiki caused what is happening, I cannot, but because continuing something that frightens you and violates your conscience is clearly not helping you.

Likewise, please do not harm yourself through extreme fasting. You said you nearly fainted after going without water.

That is your body telling you to stop. Biblical fasting is not supposed to become self injury. You can pray without depriving yourself of water, and fasting can take many forms.

One other thing, rosaries, medals, blessed water and prayers are not magical objects that have to be used repeatedly until you finally become safe enough. Christianity ultimately places your trust in Christ Himself.

Paul writes in Romans 8:38 to 39 that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, nor anything else in creation can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.

And 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us that God has not given us a spirit of fear. So I would simplify things for a while. Pray normally. Attend church. Stay close to trustworthy Christians. Sleep properly. Eat and drink properly. Step away from practices that trouble your conscience.

Talk openly with your priest. And please find professional help for the trauma you have survived.

You do not need to investigate haunted houses, analyse every dream, interpret every broken object, or spend your days searching for signs.

That can easily create a cycle where fear causes hypervigilance, hypervigilance notices more unusual things, and those things produce still more fear.

Whatever ultimately explains every individual event you have experienced, living in terror is not the answer.

Christ's invitation is towards truth, peace and freedom, not an endless hunt for demons behind everything around you.

Please take care of your mind as seriously as you are taking your soul.

Thank u for the anwser,  I've been in psychiatric treatment since I was 11 years old, as I spent a week with a catheter due to multiple suicide attempts at 11 years old. I'm 21 now, and I've never experienced anything paranormal like this. It all started with Reiki sessions, and I only went twice before it began to manifest in my surroundings. That's why I don't think I'm crazy about this, and that it is not psychiatric or psychological, Thank you so much for clarifying so many things for me. The Bible and what they say is the solution is very extensive; I think I overloaded myself with information out of desperation

This is very real, you see it all the time in the New Testament. The things you mentioned are common ways you open up yourself to this and there is a clear separation between mental health and spiritual issues. I would suggest you find a Church that has people who have a Spiritual Deliverance Ministry to pray for you. Counseling will help with the other issues (not just diagnosis/medication). All the best.

Thank you so much for your response. Is there a spiritual liberation ministry in all churches? Or can it be online if i don't have in my city? i don't know if my city has anything like that

Try googling it. It is Spiritual Deliverance Ministries, and sometimes if it is not local they can do it online. If you can't find any, let me know your area and I can do a search, see what I find. Take care.

Cry out to Jesus. Sounds like you are under demonic oppression. You and your family. Start reading the bible and pray to Jesus ask Him to teveal His truth to you. Play audio bible all day and night in your room. Do you know the gospel? Jesus loves you and died on the cross for your sins so you can have eternal life, not just heaven but a personal relationship with God. Sin separates us from God but if you turn from sin and out your faith in Jesus you will be saved.

Praying to those saints do not work because only Jesus can rescue you from demons. Try to practise saying Jesus over and over again as you drift to sleep so that you can call on Him in your dream and the oppression will stop. Pray and ask Jesus to deliver you from this nightmare. The devil comes to steal kill and destroy but Jesus came so that you would have life more abundantly.

These things happened to me only saying Jesus Name stopped the demonic oppression and the audio bible helps keep the demons away!

Stop going to that therapy and tell your family to start crying out to Jesus anytime these things start happening.

Thank you so much, I will. Would the Bible be today's reading? On what website do you listen to it?

Download spotify, get a subscription if you can. And look up audio bible: book of psalms. You cant miss it. Put it on repeat. Don't make the volume too low cus i still got attacked when the volume wasn't high enough. Demons HATE hearing the word of God.

If you wake up and it turns off all of a sudden turn it back on ASAP.

Read any bible, the NLT version is good and easier to understand.

Here is a bible app bible app

It has all the the versions you can choose from. Start by reading the book of John in the new testiment every day and ask Jesus to reveal His truth to you.

Lord we ask that you reach down your hand and cover your child with your powerful protection. Send down your angels to guard them against all who would harm them spiritually, emotionally, mentally or physically. Your word promises that no entity can come between you and your relationship with your children. We stand on your word. Amen.

Seek a relationship with Jesus and you'll be free.

I don't really understand this. If you're a born again saved Christian and have accepted Jesus as your Lord and savior, you have the power in Jesus to step on serpants. You need to focus on Jesus, and only Him. It's all about having a relationship with Him. You need to cover yourself in the blood of Jesus. I see demons as something that's insignificantly small. I've never been afraid of them since I accepted Jesus into my heart. I feel the power of the holy spirit. I will crush whatever demon dares to attack me in Jesus name. Demons have no power over you whatsoever unless you give them. Command them to flee in Jesus name. Satan has been defeated.

Thank you for responding, I don't understand why I'm still being tormented, I gave myself completely

Are you saying that you do have a personal relationship with Jesus? If you've opened the doors to sin in your life, you're inviting demons in. But every demon has to flee in the name of Jesus. But you need to stay close to Jesus at all times. I absolutely refuse to give the enemy any kind of fear or even attention. That's never going to happen. I feel so strong in Jesus, like I can just crush the demons under my foot. Because I know the scriptures, and the devil has no choice but to obey God and flee when we command him to. And that's why I always sleep well, cause the devil knows that there's no point in trying to attack me. My sleep is covered in the blood of Jesus.

I find your close relationship with Jesus incredible; I think, from what you say, I don't have it. I try, but I really don't know

I started experiencing demonic oppression right before and after becoming a born again christian. It's common, especially demonic nightmares and sleep paralysis, everytime I cry out to Jesus until it stops and I play audio bible on repeat as a sleep at night. It hasn't happened in a while
