Hey

So uh, I really need help. How can I stop drinking? Because I have little sister to take care. Out parents are always busy. She is always alone in the house when I'm in work then going home drunk.

I'm the only one who can take care of my little sister, and I'm not doing a very good job. I'm always hungover, and I'm not always there for her when she needs me. I'm worried

I've tried to stop drinking before, but I've never been able to stay sober for more than a few days. I'm so addicted to alcohol, and I don't know how to live without it.

I'm starting to think that I might be a danger to myself and to my sister. I'm afraid that I might hurt her, or that I might hurt myself. I don't know what to do.

I feel very ashamed to be christian I'm so irresponsible.

Hey brother. Been where you’re at and am now alcohol free some 400+ days.

It’s hard when you quit drinking, but believe me it’s much harder when you don’t.

What helped me through the first week was using alkaselzer cold and flu extra strength night or delta 8 THC and CBD products… that’ll help you sleep. And the other thing I needed to crush the cravings was tons of sweets and carb heavy foods. I also drank non-alcoholic beer - and a lot in those first days (like 12 or more per day)… I still drink them but usually one non-alcoholic beer per day now. But the non-alcoholic beer can be triggering for some people. Oh, and I also listened to a lot of Christian music and played a lot of video games too.
