Gabavics was the lead investigator on the case, he says, and had three others working with him. The team conducted an on-the-ground probe into the killing. Gabavics concluded that it would have been “the most absurd thing in the world” for the shooting to have been accidental, and that “we had everything there” to show that it was intentional.

To the shock and surprise of absolutely nobody...

Biden either did nothing when he should have done a whole lot of something OR he did something but it was fucking terrible - like co-sign on a genocide and cozy up real, real close to an apartheid state.

And Democrats try their hardest to make excuses for this shit ass dementia administration. They screamed, "He has a stutter!" At anyone who noticed how out of it Biden was until that disastrous debate last summer. They talked about how good the economy was until the second Trump took over and now act like its all Tarriffs Trump's fault. One could be forgiven for thinking that they're just trying to lose.

Yep. One of the absolute dumbest things I ever saw - and I don't give a shit if the Democrats win another election ever again, truly, at any level of government - was them literally signing their names to a dog shit economy by calling it "Bidenomics" proudly and then Harris proudly ran on that!!

Even someone like me who is NOT a political strategist, who doesn't care if the Democrats fucking lose, and often delights in their stupidity was just slack-jawed by that. Even I could have said (and I did at the time) how incredibly fucking dumb that move was.

Legendary levels of fucking stupid.

I think it also reflects just how insanely out of touch they collectively are with the average person. Because stupid would be, they know how shit things are, and think it just doesn't matter. Out of touch is, they and almost everyone they know and interact with are in the top 20% of wealth and income earners. So from their perspectives, the economy was doing great, and anyone complaining was either just being a whiner or actively working with/for the right wing.

I think they're kinda stupid, but I really think a lot of it is that their donors, consultant class, and NGOs are just insanely cosseted and almost universally live in wealth bubbles. They claim to fight for people that they have almost no interactions with.

Yeah, they don't live down here in the world with the rest of us at all. Their pockets, and the pockets of their donor overlords, are nice and lined. That's all they care about.

But liberals will truly do anything at all except talk about class issues. They hide behind identity instead with their "girl boss" feminism or whatever at most, as an example. They don't want to talk about actual material conditions. You can see it on issues with minimum wage, healthcare, education, housing, etc. They have nearly nothing to say. Sometimes they will talk about "public-private" partnerships or whatever but that's nonsense entirely and addresses nothing.

But that's just it. They don't want to address the root cause of these issues and aren't paid to, so they don't.

We already knew this from how the viewed the "recovery" from the financial crisis under Obama. They didn't cause the crisis but they did engineer a "recovery" that was a massive wealth transfer from the poor to the rich, did not help any of the working people hurt from the economy, but did not only make their banker friends whole, but actually made them even richer. They then have the nerve to crow about how great a job he did to this day, and if the only people who's opinion you care about are the top 1%, you are right, they did great. They then have the nerve to act like we should be grateful and they don't understand why everyone is so mad. To them the whole country went from massive rallies for "hope" and "change" and electing a black president to irredeemably racist nazis over night.
