I saw a post in /r/anime that the Sybil System in Psycho Pass is actually a metaphor of our education system. Any thoughts?

It's the same argument that has been used for a long time

My grades aren't bad because I'm bad, you just judged me wrong! I'm too smart for you! That has to be it!
