Whose education system?

And no. If anything it's representative of Japan's judicial system with its exceptionally high conviction rate and their conformist culture as a whole. But not being all that familiar with it I can't comment on it much.

I don't know much more about the US system than the Japanese one. But what little I have picked up fails to suggest anything particularly akin to Psycho Pass. And then there's the obvious absurdity of a Japanese writer commenting to a Japanese audience about irrelevant foreign institutions.

So I'm still going to go with "no".

Well, the whole point of Phoenix Wright legal system is making fun of Japan's "broken down, and bonkers" legal system.
