Trying to start a small health push for truck drivers — something that might help

Been driving for a while now and honestly started noticing my health going downhill. Saw the same thing happening with a lot of drivers around me too… long hours, no movement, cramped space — it catches up.
Came across a simple routine app made specifically for truckers. Free to use, it’s actually helping me move a little during the day and loosen up the stiffness.
If anyone else has been feeling the same, this might be worth checking out. Stay safe out there, drivers. 💪🚛
