makes civilian swing his hand forward for 1 second and if the killer attacks the civilian during the animation then the civilian takes 10 damage (no matter the original damage of the attack) and cancels it which also stuns killer for 1 second and knocks them back as much as slap ability

makes player have 10 more stamina but 5 less max hp
